How to get to convention F.A.Q. |
— How do I get a visa?
All foreign citizens who want to visit the Russian Federation, are required a visa. A visa is a document granting permission for entry into the Russian Federation, issued by a consular office in the country of a foreign citizen's residence. A visa is issued by virtue of a official invitation. The organizig committee will arrange this invitation for you on your demand. Please address to alexander.royfe@gmail.com. All such invitations in Russia should be registered in Passport and Visa Department and bear a reference number.
When you receive the invitation (with a voucher for accommodation) bearing the reference number for the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, you can ask a consular
office for a visa. The list of Russian consulates you can find at www.visatorussiaonline.com/embassies.php
